Menu & Pairings:
1st Course: 17-7 Pale Ale paired with a salad of red watercress, orange supremes, shaved fennel, warm bacon, and 17-7 Pale Ale vinaigrette
2nd Course: Red Hop paired with rabbit pot pie with capers and sour cream
3rd Course: George Hunter Stout paired with braised short ribs with roasted carrots, brussel sprout leaves, and potato puree
4th Course: Mosaic Fresh Hop IPA paired with Cambazola cheese, mango honey, and quinoa cracker
5th Course: Ode IPA paired with sweet potato and cranberry crisp with pecan crumble and whipped cream
