Double Hop Workshop is a medium bodied DIPA that is balanced and very smooth. It bursts with ripe pineapple and citrus notes, like lemon and lime, from the Motueka and Citra Hops. Subtle pine notes are present, as well. Double Hop Workshop has a medium bitterness and finishes clean.
