Szechuan of the Witch is named after the movie Halloween 3: Season of the Witch. Brewed by none other than our very own Joel Fidler, Szechuan of the Witch is a bright Saison brewed with Szechuan peppercorns and locally harvested grapes. It has notes of peachy orange, earthy pepper, light tropical fruits, and a hint of rye-like spice at the finish. It has a subtle tartness and to quote Joel, “restores one’s faith in humanity and brightens the soul.”
