Returns at the Taproom
We will accept a return for a cash refund or exchange at any time, as long as we have current stock of the item being returned. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A receipt is not necessary for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. For an exchange, additional shipping costs will be charged to ship exchanged item.

Please include the packing slip and any additional exchange information, i.e. exchange Large shirt for an XL. If the packing slip is unavailable, please include contact information.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive a credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
