Abbey ales are an ancient tradition in Belgium. Our Belgian Abbey features bold flavor marked more by malt sweetness and yeast character than hop presence. Finishing at 6.5%, this beer is dominated by yeast phenolics and esters with aromas of stone fruit, figs, and plums. A balanced bitterness leaves the beer feeling substantial and warming yet crisp at the same time.
Everything starts at 6pm on November 8th. We’ll kick the night off with some *free samples* of Belgian Abbey while the taproom fills up. Live music by John Cron starts at 7pm, there will be hourly prize drawings and Louise’s Place will have a pop-up shop. We are also offering $1 off tulips during the party. The first drawing will be at 7pm and will go every hour until 9pm – we encourage you to purchase a tulip of Abbey while you wait for each drawing and you must be present to win. We will also be giving away 24 free pint glasses at the start of the party. Mark your calendars!!
