Happenstance is an ale that came about in just that meaning: by happenstance. While brewing up some Danger Ale, we ended up with more wort than would fit in the fermenter. So we grabbed a few carboys and tried out a few different variations. This beer debuted in December 2014 and is brewed with coriander, Grains of Paradise, dark roasted malts and then dry hopped with Eldorado hops, giving it hints of orange and melon.
