Watch Out for Wolves is a hoppy German wheat beer (a hopfenweisse). Brewed and named by Joel, who often tells coworkers to “watch out for wolves” on their drive home after work. This is a very hazy golden wheat beer. It’s dry and light bodied with notes of banana, clove, bubblegum, peach, floral, and citrusy finish. Mildly hoppy with a light bitterness, Watch Out for Wolves is a crowd-pleaser and will make you want to come back for another.
