Lead Brewer Patrick McMahon decided to go back in time and dig through years of brew logs. He found the original 17-7 Pale Ale recipe from 2013 and decided to see how it holds up to the current 17-7.
The O.G. Pale is a bright, clean, slightly bitter, juicy pale ale. Falconers Flight and Cascade hops contribute tropical, floral, and citrus notes. Most notably, grapefruit, lemon, and orange.
