This Mexican Lager is a light, sweet lager with a slight heat from the jalapeño and citrus. Named ‘Hecho en MN’ meaning, ‘Made in MN’. This pilot system beer is only available for a short time, so grab a pint while you can at the taproom.

Beer Garden is Back!!🍻

Join us every Wednesday night in June from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm for June's Free Wednesday Night series. ⁠

Come sip on craft beers, chat with the brewers, play some lawn games, grab some grub from a local food truck, eat local-favorite Love Creamery ice cream, and enjoy a lakeside campfire.

Here are the featured brewers for each week:⁠

June 1 . Earth Rider
June 8 . Castle Danger
June 15 . Ursa Minor
June 22 . Bent Paddle
June 29 . Hoops

⁠Join us and the brewers as they tell their stories during Brew Talks which will take place each week at 7:00 pm.

This event is also a throwback to the public beer garden that was on the estate when it was the Tischer Farm prior to the Congdon’s owning it.

Event admission is free to the public.

Beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, Love Creamery ice cream, and food will be available for purchase.

Service dogs are welcome on the estate!

It took over a decade, but I finally got to see The White Buffalo. Let me tell you - it was incredible. That was a piece of myself I didn’t know I was missing, which is the same way I felt when I found him originally. His music spans a very full emotional spectrum, but this record pushes sonically further into being happy/content than he ever has before. His writing seems to be evolving quite a bit in recent years, and it’s great. The stoic seriousness is very much still there, and even gets heavier at certain points. Honestly I’m quite taken aback by this record. It’s spectacular! I have nothing bad to say, but there are so many new elements, instruments, and feelings that are very fresh to The White Buffalo’s music to me. It really is a raw representation of growth. Love songs, murder ballads, and existential questioning in tact of course.

This brew has a pretty wide spectrum of its own. Dry hopping is an easy thing to do, but it is difficult to do well. Junkyard hit this one home. The sweetness is dry and subtle, quickly giving way to clear crispness with just a bit of bitter. Just enough to keep your eyes open. Depending on which song is playing, the sweetness comes and goes. The White Buffalo truly changes the taste. If this brew were a person, one of its grandparents was a Hefeweizen and they spent a lot of time together.

From my experience of finally seeing The White Buffalo - If there’s an artist you want to see, see them. If there’s a something a little out of your lane that sounds like it could be worth it, go. You won’t regret it.
