Big Weizen Guy is a German-style bock beer. Brewer Joel says, “it’s big enough to make you feel like a Wise Guy after one pint.” 😉
You’ll get up-front notes of banana with a touch of prune and raisin accompanied by a slightly warm alcohol aroma on the nose. Big Weizen Guy has a mildly fruity taste with a cracker-like maltiness on the finish. It is a mostly dry beer with a touch of sweetness from the alcohol.
