B.A.B.A. is our Barrel-Aged Belgian Abbey. In addition to the flavors and aromas listed below, the barrel-aging adds a subtle warming whiskey flavor and aroma.
Abbey ales are an ancient tradition in Belgium. Our Belgian Abbey features bold flavor marked more by malt sweetness and yeast character than hop presence. Finishing at 7%, this beer is dominated by yeast phenolics and esters with aromas of stone fruit, figs, and plums. A balanced bitterness leaves the beer feeling substantial and warming yet crisp at the same time.
